About this run

This course is for those who want to improve their health and wellbeing and work towards running 5k. Its also a great way for people who want to return to running after time out to get back into the groove. All of our run leaders are England athletics qualified and very experienced leaders. We combine running, core strength sessions and cardio to help give you strong foundations for the future.
