About this run

This is a flexible distance run, often made up of 3 loops of approximately 1 mile. We will all be aiming to run the first 1 mile of our run together but whether you stop then or keep going is up to you. This is particularly suitable if you've recently returned to running, have completed Couch to 5km, have been injured etc due to the flexibility of 1-3 miles and the focus on gradually but steadily building back up to 3 miles.
