About our group
**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
**We have an app so please search for it in your app store under 'Runtogether Runner'. This makes booking and cancelling your attendance much easier**
You MUST contact the Run Leader via email or our Facebook page PRIOR to turning up for your first session. Unfortunately unless you do so we will be unable to allow you to run with the group. This is for our and your safety.

We are also known as The Crazy Gang and when you meet us you will understand why. Whether it's time out from the madness of life or to train for an event, we will support you every step of the way.
When we run we never leave a man behind so if you're a tortoise rather than a hare, all members of the group know (or soon learn) to 'loop back' ensuring noone is made to feel that they're holding everyone up. It also means those faster runners get more miles done in the same time.
Current sessions are:
Tuesdays 6pm (lap/speed work sessions)
**CANCELLED AT MOMENT** Wednesday Wander 6.00pm (approx 1 hour/5+ miles running but at a faster pace than Saturdays)
Saturdays 8.00am (approx 1 hour/5+ miles running)
Our sessions are currently suitable for runners who are able to run for about an hour/5 miles (for group safety this is approx 12-13min per mile or quicker) apart from our Tuesday sessions. Tuesdays are short, sharp sessions with bursts of activity followed by recovery periods, the maximum run time in one go is about 10 mins. If you have some fitness then give our Tuesday sessions a go.
There is no charge for attending any of our sessions.
The group is currently being led by two members, of differing abilities.
