About this run

An 8 week couch to 5km course within a female only group! Each run is supported by our qualified Run Leaders. This run is for run novices or those looking to get back into running, building from walking to running 5k. ***Week 1 - Tuesday 9th January*** Runners will be expected to start at week one and work through all 8 weeks with additional ‘homework’ runs.
