Welcome to the preview run of the PLAY: Running 0-5k, led by Aston University Gazelles, Sport Aston and Run Birmingham. Open to all abilities and ages, this preview session will provide a taste of what is to come during the rest of the 0-5k programme. Running can be seen as an individual sport, we want to break that idea down and show you how running can be enjoyed socially as a group.
