About this run

Head / chest torches are essential as the runs will include running on trail in dark conditions. Runners who do not have the correct torches will not be allowed to join this run. As this is a trail run there will be a mixture of different terrain types including loose material and mud. The route and distance will be set by the run leader. We also ask that as a group we are considerate to other members of the public that are using the same paths.
