Back on Track Fitness Classes

We run weekly boot camps and fitness classes: 
The 1 hour sessions will include functional, effective and fun work outs. Expect circuits, weights including dumbbells and kettlebells, legs, bum and core work plus high intensity cardio. Each session will be have a specific focus that will help you build a stronger, healthier and more toned body.

Most sessions are outdoors.  Strength and Core sessions are in the hall.

1:1 Support:
You can book a telephone chat with me before the course starts to discuss your goals and also limitations whether its physical or motivational or anything else. I will try to tailor your sessions to suit your goals best. 
 
Healthy Eating Guide:
You will also receive a ‘Healthy Eating Guide’ to help you maximise the benefits of clean eating and exercising. If you would like me to look at your diet specifically, let me know and we can arrange this separately.

The Back on Track Boot room is a closed group which only members of Back on Track can see and comment on. Once you are a signed up, you will receive an invitation. Here we can share updates on sessions, goals, recipes etc.
