Our runs vary in distance, speeds and intensities.  Our runs are suitable for all runners who can run a 5km continuous distance, regardless of speed.

We don't just run! ...We include drills, technique pointers, strength and flexibility work and have some fun sessions for all such as our 'Post Olympics Olympics', 'Halloween lake run' and our 'Festive Gathering'.   To be a better runner, the more skills, knowledge and strength you have will help you with attaining those PB's, we aim to help with all of that!

If you are not yet up to 5km, or are wanting a complete beginners programme,  please get in touch and we can advise you how to get your running distance up or if enough demand, will put on a beginners programme.

 

Sessions are £3 per week or £15 per set of 7
