Beth Coleman

Hi. I am Beth. I have been running for just over 4 years after a lifetime of wishing I could but thinking I couldn't. I started with Couch to 5k and have gone on to run a number of 10kms and Half Marathons as well as being lucky enough to complete the London Marathon in 2018. I also regularly take part in parkrun. I am not a quick runner (nor ever will be!) but I enjoy it. I would like to be able to help others get the same benefits out of running that I feel I have got. I completed my Leadership in Running Fitness course in September 2018.
