About this run

A new programme to get you running. Every Monday and Wednesday at 5.30pm for 8 weeks from a standing start to running a 5km. All welcome. Meet at Shaw lane and be helped by our Club team of qualified LIRF runners, some of whom who have joined us from this scheme. Friendly, helpful advice and encouragement for everyone! Just one payment of £5 for all the 8 weeks - which can later go towards joining the Club.
