About our group
Oakwell Running Bears is an Award Wining running group established in 1998.
The Bears welcome people of all abilities in an atmosphere that is friendly, encouraging, fun and supportive. No one gets left behind.
The Cubs is a starter running group in association with Oakwell Running Bears. It is designed especially for the first time runner and those wishing to run at a slower pace.
Bears meet at 6pm on Monday and Wednesday evenings at Gomersal Park Hotel.
Cubs meet on Mondays ONLY at 6pm at Gomersal Park Hotel.
