About this run

Meet at Jansel Square car park, Bedgrove (HP21 7ES) at 7pm or you can meet us at the mini roundabout on the junction of Wendover Road and Wendover Way at about 7.10pm, already warmed up. The run is intervals based (sections of running with rests between) and will be flatish on tarmac paths. Workout - 10 min warm up, 4 x 6 mins @ threshold pace (1hr race pace) with 90 secs recovery, followed by up to 4 x 200m @ quicker than 5km pace with 45-60 secs recovery, 10 min cool down. In our interval workouts we use out n backs or small loops. This lets people run at their own pace, while still keeping everyone close together and creates an inclusive atmosphere of everyone working as one group.
