Due to Lockdown 3, from Tuesday 5 January: all senior and junior running activity is suspended until further notice.

Bideford AAC is aiming for 6pm group runs to restart on Thursday 8 April. These will follow the same booking and rules as before lockdown. No access to the clubhouse as it remains closed. Depending on numbers and demand they may be Thursdays only

Our members only group runs take place on a Tuesday and Thursday evening. Groups are split by pace and in groups of 6 so please book a place in the group that best suits your ability.  Please book your place prior to the run if you are able to, however you are able to turn up on the night and we will book you in if there is space.
