About our group
This running group is all about fun and enjoyment.
Primarily for beginner runners, you will be given running advice, shown warm up, cool down and stretching techniques as well as going for a run/walk where nobody will be left behind.
Initially, we will begin on the forgiving grassy surface of the playing fields next to where we meet and later on, we can venture into the woods or onto the pavements depending on peoples' wishes.
The group is totally inclusive. No one is excluded and everyone will be made to feel welcome.
If you would rather run alone, at your own pace, then this group is not for you.
