Our group runs

All of the runs we do are of Intermediate ability. The location of the runs moves periodically to make use of the surrounding area.
As the name suggests, we "RunTogether". On all runs there are regular regroups to allow for different paces. You will not be running alone.
Our runs are as follows:
Tuesday 18:30-19:30 - Location Varies (currently Bourne Big Tesco)
Meet in the carpark outside the (Big) Tesco in Bourne - near the Zebra Crossing furthest away from the store entrance. This is typically interval work or a non-stop run.
The Tuesday and Thursday sessions do sometimes overlap in terms of content.
Thursday 18:30-19:30 - Location Varies (currently Thurly Lawrence Park)
We meet on outside Thurlby Primary School for some hillwork (running up a hill). About 3-4 miles in total.

Saturday 08:30-10:00 Morton Church
This is the longer run, and normally involves heading into Bourne Woods, which invariably means some hillwork too.
Typically split into two small groups of 4-7 miles and 8-10 miles.
