About this run

This is an interval session, led by our coaches. 1 hour including structured warm up and cool down/stretch. Main set: will be ~40 minutes and will be explained at the session. Open to all levels of running ability. Non-Members welcome. Members free. Non-members £1 We charge a small fee to contribute towards our costs, pay in cash on the night (to the Coach or Treasurer).
