Do I have to spend lots on my gear?

No, just something comfy you are happy to move around in and a pair of trainers – don’t have to be fancy running trainers!

What happens if I can’t keep up?

Don’t worry, there are people around to keep on eye on everyone.  If it’s proving too much, you can stop/pause etc.

What do I have to bring? 

  • Recommend a long sleeve top to put on after you finish.
  • A water bottle.

Can I park?    

Yes, plenty of parking at Harling Sports and Social club and it’s free.

What happens if I can’t get to 5k or run for 30 minutes?

Your progress depends on your starting point, there is no pressure to get to 5k or 30minutes but we want to support you to reach your own goals and make your own progress.

Are the coaches qualified?   

Yes, all qualified to the England Athletics LIRF (Leadership in Running Fitness) as a minimum.

Are there first aiders on hand?

Yes.

Can I leave my valuables somewhere?

Yes, there is a lockable room.
