About this run

Led by a qualified run leader, this 12 week course will take you from absolute beginner to being able to run 5km, with a target of taking part in the Harcourt Hill parkrun on Saturday 28th April. The course will start at a very low level with plenty of walking, building gradually each week so that you run for longer periods of time. The course is completely free and the leader is a volunteer member of Brookes staff.
