Buchan Run Mums

WELCOME TO OUR RUNNING GROUP

This is a social run group, for ladies and mums who are interested and enjoy running. Welcoming all abilities from walking, jogging and running, know one will ever get left behind. Just a friendly group of ladies out for social runs. This group has been set up to make a community for ladies and mums, to make time for themselves, enjoy getting active and make some friends along the way. We are supporters of the #runandtalk campaign by England Athletics and the #thisgirlcan Campaign by Sport England. 

We meet every Saturday at 1030am at Buchan Country Park, Crawley.
