C25k keep running with Trawden AC

After completing the C25k programme with Pendle Leisure and Trawden Athletic Club, several people wanted to continue to meet for local runs.

Lots of C25k graduates do one of the local parkruns every Saturday. Many have gone on to complete 10k or half marathon runs.

All these options are open to you and our follow on group has grown to offer a range of different runs, so there should be something for eveyone whatever you want to get out of your running.

Some people decide to join Trawden AC but you do not need to do so to join our group, we are not a formal club and you are free to join in any of the runs. We are all friendly and supportive and welcome all abilities.
