So you want to start running? You've heard it's inexpensive, great for your health, the best way to lose weight (and keep it off). You've got friends who run, and they're trim, happy, centred and productive.

The course introduces you to the correct way of running in a nice simple gentle way. Gradually increasing the running time and distance over the course of the 8 weeks - At the end of the 8 weeks, you will be able to run for 30 mins non stop.
We have a 100% pass rate on this course and after the 8 weeks, we then give you the option and advice to train towards events. Perhaps you want to aim higher with a half marathon or a full marathon - either way, we will help you every step of the way.
The 8 week course fee is £60 (payable upfront)
