Week 10 of C25K and you all made it on our customary 5K run! I am so proud of you all!

Homework run to keep you all topped up - a 25-30 min run and next week we will do another 5K on Tues eve. We can meet at Salt Malt as usual but at 18:45 then we can carshare to the layby. Those who live in Chew Stoke can meet us at the layby (just past the entrance to Woodford Lodge).

Graduation is on September 21st; don't forget your barcodes!
