A former paratrooper and rugby player, I have returned to running following a 16 year break due to a serious back injury. Thanks to the C25K run by Dawn I am now back running and loving it. I love Parkruns and this year I have set the target to complete the Bath Half Marathon! I am now a Leader in Running Fitness and take regular sessions during the week. I will soon be running a course to prepare snails for this years CV10k. I'm here to help you run your pace. What motivates me? helping others have the opportunity to run, particularly those who are running for the first time since school, and those returning to running after long periods of time out....oh and eating cake after a Parkrun of course!
