**Leader Karen** a beautiful somewhat challenging run of 9 - 10km starting from Pensford Memorial Hall. The run goes across fields and along a short section of lane, across and beside the River Chew towards Woollard, then up a long tree lined bridleway to Lord’s Wood where we will take advantage of lots of tracks to run around on. This run is mainly off road so ideal for those that like trail running (or want to give it a try), and for those that like to be out enjoying our beautiful countryside and exploring new areas. Please come prepared to get wet feet, for some mud and some steepish sections. It will be a real mix of surfaces so if you have them it would definitely be advisable to wear hybrid shoes.
