5 to 10 Km course announcement
Are you thinking about entering the Chorley 10km?
Are you interested in progressing up to 10K in time for the Chorley 10K on Sunday, May 8th?
Chorley Runners have run a 5-10 km course for many years and supported the very first Chorley 10km with this course.
Chorley Runners are once again, offering their successful, supportive and FREE 5 to 10K training course to help you achieve this.
The course will start from Buckshaw Parkway car park starting on Monday the 28th March @ 6:30pm. The course follows a similar pattern to Couch to 5K, with the distance being increased each week.
Each Monday evening, there will be an organised session, led by experienced leaders and coaches. We also recommend that you run in at least two other sessions with Chorley Runners or by yourself during the week to maintain and improve your fitness and stamina.
