We meet at least once a week to practice running technique and thinking like a runner. There are a mixture of small group activities as well as longer runs where we will put our training into practice . We will meet at set parkruns also and keep a log of times to see if the juniors can improve upon their own times. We are setting up a grand prix list of races that we recommend for the juniors to gain points towards getting prizes at our awards night.
