About this run

Coffee Run Imporver sessions are designed to keep people running after the have attended the beginner sessions. Although you don't have to have attended a Coffee Run beginner term to join, if you are able to run 5k or for more then 20 minutes continually. The sessions focus on running form, strength, core and aerobic ability. For example we do running drills and interval training combined with longer runs.
