A friendly sociable beginner group training you from 0-5k in 6 weeks. We train for 6 weeks then we complete the local 5k timed Park Run on Hackney Marshes on Saturday 20th October 9am. We run together then go get coffee together! Meeting Monday and Wednesday Mornings at 10.15am on Well St Common E9
