About this run

Run training for Run Hackney Half Marathon on Sunday 30th April 2017 takes place every Wednesday and Saturday throughout March and April. Come Run with Me and Train for Hackney Half Marathon if you are a new or improving runner, with a target finish time of between 1 hour 50 mins – 2 hours 30 minutes. Please note, you should be able to run at least 5k continuously by 1st March. A 10-week training programme starting 13th Feb will be available soon. Sessions have a focus on efficient running technique, from a fun & friendly coach! We will build up distance and intensity week on week: earlier weeks will be up to 90 minutes, later weeks will be up to 2 hours. 2 sessions each week:- - Saturdays at 9.30am, kindly hosted by Climpson's Cafe, Broadway Market, E8. - Wednesdays at 9.30am, kindly hosted by Lardo Restaurant, Richmond Road, E8. Book Wednesdays separately. There is a secure place to leave bags at the meeting place. 5% discounts for 2 or more sessions
