TEAM LONDON FIELDS’ training sessions for Hackney Half Marathon 19th May 2019. Sponsored by Lardo, Climpson & Sons and Pub On The Park. Tuesday sessions of shorter faster runs focus on increasing aerobic & strength endurance. PLEASE BOOK ON SATURDAY SESSIONS SEPARATELY. Sessions are for any beginners and improvers finishing between 1hr 45 and 2hrs 30. To join, you should be able to run at least 5k continuously by w/c 12th March. You don't need to attend Tuesdays AND Saturdays. You will receive a training plan that recommends other sessions for other days of the week. If you can't race on 19th May, please come along and learn new techniques or use the training for another race. If you haven't entered the race, you may have one our Shelter charity places, just make a donation or raise money on our team page.
