About this run

This weekly Monday evening running group is aimed at female beginners and improvers – for people with a range of goals, fitness levels, or simply for people who want to join in for the recreational or motivational reasons. Sessions vary each week, and are designed to improving your aerobic endurance and running fitness generally, and focus on efficient running technique. Plus we are fun and friendly! Numbers vary from 4-10 people each week. We go for run sessions around Hackney Marshes , Millfields Park, and Hackney Downs You can book onto future sessions, and sessions are discounted @ 10% if you book onto 5 or more sessions at a time. There is also a cash payment option, intended for last minute bookings. Details of future sessions are in the News Section.
