About this run

These sessions are geared to intermediate and improving runners wanting to train for races - from 10k to Half Marathon ( including Hackney Half Marathon on 26th September). Perfect for building all-round running fitness, pacing, efficient running technique and race preparation. Wednesday sessions will focus on fast efforts and strength activities to improve speed and strength endurance. Sunday sessions will focus on longer runs to improve endurance (please book separately). You will receive a FREE training plan if you book 3 or more sessions. To join, you should be able to run a minimum of 4k in 20-40 minutes . Meet at Lardo Restaurant, E8. Sessions will take place in a covid-safe way, in line with England Athletics Guidelines.
