Sarah Corcoran
My name is Sar Corcoran. I have been running since 2008. I did a couch to 30mins, jog/walk sessions three times a week. I was so happy that I could run 30 mins without stopping. I then completed my first half marathon that same year (MK Half Marathon - NSPCC). I have completed four marathons, two Virgin London Marathons 2012 & 2014, Chester Marathon & Chiltern Marathon Challenge Walk (LDWA) in 2015. I have done many other events since 2008. My personal goals now are to do 5k & 10k races. Plus to share my love of running with beginners and improvers, thus help them get fitter. Running has so many health benefits. And I hope my sessions grow over the next few years and beyond.
