Beginners Running Group
Our 8 week beginner course will start with a combination of jogging/walking and progress over the 8 weeks to get you running a distance 5k. It is perfect for those completely new to running or returning to running after a break or injury.
We meet once a week and run together. Runs are relaxed and most importantly fun! Everyone will then need to complete a further two 'homework' runs before we meet again the following week.
Our beginners group is suitable for everyone, no matter what your current fitness level so why not give it a try !
We currently run 1 daytime beginners course and 1 evening beginners course.
