I've always been an active person, trying my hand at most sports when I was younger however turning my hand to rugby, triathlon and endurance running during my 20's. Now in my 40's, I love to hit the running trails and train for middle distance triathlons (70.3). Being a level 3 Personal Trainer and with the added bonus of being married to a physiotherapist, I'm all too familiar with the benefits of cross training and incorporating strength training into your training programme. With experience, knowledge and bags of enthusiasm, it's my goal to share this with others and contribute to their journey whatever positive way I can.
