Regular weekly Tuesday night run. Meeting at 7:30pm. Everyone is welcome but should be comfortable running for 30 minutes at any pace to get the most out of sessions. Sessions vary on a weekly basis, with some weeks involving fun games to improve fitness, hill sessions or just a sociable run. Ideal weekly session tied into a training plan perfect for those intending to do Frome Half. 10k or 5k this year. We welcome new runners to our group. High vis tabards or similar are required in winter months and head torches are recommended but not necessary as this session is always in a street lit area.
