Kick start your fitness with our introduction to running course! Suitable for absolute beginners or those looking for a gradual re-introduction to running or to get fit again. A 10 week course progressing gently, but by the end you'll be able to run continuously for 30 minutes or around 5k. We finish with a timed group run.
