About this run

Structured running training will include a warm up with technical development start. Then it will include an effort section which could include; speed reps, hill reps, pacing exercises or speed play exercises. Followed by a cool down and stretches. The session structure will be the same for all with more reps/faster reps etc for the more able and fewer/slower reps for the more developmental runners. The aim is to stretch your ability but leaving you able to run again the next day.
