An online blend of high intensity interval training (HIIT) and Yoga to build strength, flexibility, and conditioning whilst raising your metabolism. Session will last around 45 minutes. Roughly broken down into: a 10 minute Yoga warm-up, 25 minute HIIT session, and 10 minute Yoga cool down.
