Benefits of Pilates: Lengthens and strengthens muscles, improves posture, raises overall fitness, flexibility, and balance. Addresses underlying structural imbalances in the body which can cause ongoing pain and difficulty with movement. Uses gravity and whole body movement to ensure the body’s muscles and structures are properly engaged and aligned. Protocols in place for a COVID safe environment: Restricting class numbers to ensure ample space for social distancing; We recommend everyone brings their own mat and towel to class; We will provide antibacterial hand sanitiser, and antibacterial spray for any borrowed or used equipment; We advise everyone to arrive changed and ready to exercise.
