FREE Dash for Fitness Virtual - Monday "Night" Run - using our "Dash for Fitness" WhatsApp group. The idea being that everyone does an individual run or run/walk (including on a treadmill) on a Monday night (or anytime between 5pm on Sunday and 11am on Tuesday) and then posts details and photos (ideally in your Dash for Fitness kit) on the WhatsApp group, so that we can all encourage one another.
