About this run

Build up you 5k running percentage, or improve your 5k time with our "tried and tested" Dash for Fitness 5k Masterclass Programme, and join the scores of people that, over the last 5 years, have participated with amazing results. You will get your own personal improvement Training Plan, created for your specific 5k goal, and incorporating weekly group speed interval sessions at Kings College Running Track in Ruislip. Guidance also given on technique, stability, strength, and flexibility. The 12-week programme is broken down into 3 blocks of 4 weeks. As the 4th week in each block ends with a 5k progress check, instead of a track session, you can decide to stop then or sign up for a subsequent block. The first block is on Wednesdays at 6.30pm and costs £30. Bank Transfer details will be sent once you've booked.
