**Please sign up for all 6 sessions even if you can't attend them all** Welcome! This free 6-week course will follow the Couch-to-5k program (C25K) to support beginners wanting to build their confidence in running. The runs are open to the public, subject to a maximum capacity. You do not need to be a Didsbury Runners member to join this run, but we do expect runners to sign up for the 6 weeks where possible. The course runs on Thursday 6.45pm from the 17th October. Each week we will increase the running distance in line with a C25k program, starting with 3 min runs. During the course you ideally want to complete 1 or 2 additional runs as the program is based on 3 runs per week. To register, please use the link below.
