About this run

The Couch to 5k Program. Each week we'll begin with a gentle warm up, and i'll talk you through (and show you) some basic dynamic stretches to get the muscles warm before we begin. In week 1, we'll start with repetitions of 60 seconds running, followed by 60 seconds walking. As each week progresses, we'll gradually increase the time spent running, reducing the recoveries until we finish in week 9 with a continuous 30 minute run. I'll be on hand to answer any questions and give tips on the correct posture and running form.
