Libby Unsworth

I never thought I would enjoy running with a group and always just ran by myself. Eventually I joined DMotR (about 2 years ago I think?!) and I am a complete convert! I now understand the benefits of running in a group - especially a group like MotR. The support and encouragement is second to none and the fact that it isn't all about running is a bonus. We celebrate each other's successes and support and advise each other through struggles and issues. When I realised the impact that a group like this has on people I decided I would like to make sure that it is readily accessible to whoever needs it. By becoming a coach I hope to pass on my love of running to others but, perhaps more importantly, continue to offer the sense of community and friendship that DMotR is all about.
