Our group runs
We've found 3 runs at location: All
We offer a number of runs each Monday morning in term time. Each week there's an all-ability track session so you can work at you own pace. This session works if you've just started running and want to improve but will also stretch those who are more experienced. Most weeks we also offer a post natal group, C25K groups, hill sesssions and off road runs.
We also meet on a Thursday evening at Durham Amateur Rowing club and each week there will be different run options, suitable for all pace groups. These will be posted in our Facebook group.
