About this run

Join us for #runandtalk on the 26th September where we'll run and chat all things related to mental health. Whether you want to talk something through or just offer support to others we'd love to see you there. We'll meet in the upstairs bar at the Paradise Centre, Ely at 7pm. The run will be suitable for all abilities and we'll be covering a distance of around 5-10k. Runners are encouraged to attend the social at the High Flyer afterwards for a post run drink.
