A 6-week walk to run course (beginner). The course costs £12.00 (or £10.00 for NHS workers) payable in advance (for card transactions) or at the first session (cash) Optional group parkrun on Saturday 8th December at Nonsuch Park or Denbies, Dorking (depending on the group preference) Each session is 30 minutes
