Welcome to Essential Fitness.
One of the best ways to begin your fitness journey is to start with a group making new friends in the process. Running with other people is a great motivator for both new and experienced runners. Your first steps into fitness can be the most difficult and sometimes daunting, but with my positive approach and encouragement I will help you overcome this barrier in no time.
Hi my name is Julia and I established Essential Fitness in 2010.
I am a Level 3 REPs qualified Personal Trainer and deliver a variety of training sessions for all levels offering bespoke 1:1 personal training, small group training, bootcamp style sessions, tailor made training plans and health and nutrition advise.
