About our group
Evolution Fitness has a very friendly Running Club. Over the last 12 months we have established a really inclusive and supportive environment and we are super keen to welcome new members.
It is totally free of charge and open to everyone, not just Evolution Fitness clients.
Our run leaders are all accredited by England Athletics to help look after you and help you develop as a runner.
All abilities are welcome - over the last year we have helped total non-runners to reach 5K, seen members achieve their first 10K or half marathon and everything in between.
We range in age from 17 to 70 and have welcomed runners with dogs and buggies.....anything goes.
We are a really friendly bunch and no one ever gets left behind (that's the leaders job)!
